Size Measuring Guide
A perfect fit for your ultra-marathon running shoes is important for comfort and performance. Follow these tips to measure your foot size at home:
General Tips:
- Measure your feet at the end of the day as they're at their largest due to swelling.
- In between sizes? One foot is bigger than the other? Take the larger size.
- It's best to measure every year. Your size could change over time.
What You'll Need:
- A piece of paper larger than your foot,
- A pen or pencil,
- A ruler or measuring tape,
- Socks of the thickness you'll wear with the shoes.
Steps:
- Stand on the paper in the socks you'll wear with the shoes.
- Use the pen or pencil to mark the end of your longest toe and the back of your heel. It's important to measure both feet as their size can vary.
- Match your measurements to our size chart to find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for better comfort.

Very comfortable. Yeses for 6 mile run and no issues. Everyday walking is well supported as well. The Tune Fit takes s couple tries. Once dialed in they've are great. Loved them
Went on my 4 mile trail and the shoes felt great!
After getting close to 800 miles in multiple pairs of these I can say they are my all time favorite shoe and the most durable I have worn. They are my go to race shoe for 100 milers.
I love these shoes so far in the 60 miles I’ve put on them. Amazing ride, soft but not squishy with little to no traction issues in several terrains and weather conditions. Got in about 35 miles in Midwest snowy trail runs, about 25 miles in southern CA trail running. They handle both amazing.
Bought 10.5 & 11 to see which fit best, ended up going for the 11 to have more toe room for downhill speed. Toe box is pretty generous.
Only minor issue I have had is the upper cinch cord seems to loosen up after about 20 minutes, especially the right shoe. I love this style lacing so far especially the dual zone which may seem like overkill, but really helps being able to adjust minutely on the fly in below freezing weather.
In comparison to the H1 I bought recently after enjoying the T1 so much they are very similar but better suited to looser terrain and trails as designed. The cinch cord on the H1 doesn’t seem to loosen up and appears to be slightly thicker cording.
Minor issue for me is trail shoes in mostly white…? Seriously? I mean they clean up decently so far but let’s get some darker options. They aren’t road shoes.
If they can fix the cord issue and come out with a few darker colors, I’ll definitely pick up a 2nd pair.
Been using altras and topos for the past several years and have been nervous to step away as I have very wide toes. Needless to say I had heard a lot of good stuff about this up and coming brand and figured it was worth a go. Toes don’t feel cramped, fits the rest of my foot perfectly, and this far one of the most comfortable shoes I have put on. Looking forward to lots of miles in them!
