1. Returns
1.1 30 Day No Sweat Returns
- We offer 1 return opportunity within 30 days of placing your order.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Mount to Coast online store.
- Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition; and in the original packaging in which it was placed, including tags, packing materials, shoe bags, and free gifts.
1.2 Return Fees
- Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you.
- Please note that Express Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns, regardless of the country or region.
1.3 Return Process
Instructions for Returns
Step 1: Condition Assessment and Label Offering
- Contact our customer service for help or initiate a self-service return through the following link: Return Center – Mount to Coast
- Once the request is successfully submitted, you will get a confirmation email immediately. (Please check your spam folder or resubmit it if you did not receive the email.)
- If your request is approved, we will send you a return label and the return instructions.
Step 2: Package Preparation
- Properly pack your return, making sure the item is in its original packaging.
- Print out the return label and attach it to the package. Make sure no other shipping labels are displayed.
Step 3: Shipment
- When your package is prepared, kindly deliver it to the nearest UPS or our designated shipping courier.
- We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return.
2. Exchanges
2.1 Exchange Policy
- We offer 1 exchange opportunity within 30 days of placing your order.
- Exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Mount to Coast online store.
- Exchanges are only allowed within the same model, with the option to choose different colors and sizes.
- Exchanged merchandise must be in new, unworn condition; and in the original packaging in which it was placed, including tags, packing materials, shoe bags and free gifts.
- We will cover shipping costs for eligible exchanged products for all orders shipped.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above guidelines. Once the shoes pass the inspection, we will process and ship replacement pairs.
2.2. Exchange Process

- We kindly request you to send photos including upper, outsole and packing materials for assessment.
- If the shoes are qualified for the return standard, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Step 2: Package Preparation
- Properly pack your return, making sure the item is in its original packaging.
- Print out the return label and attach it to the package, making sure no other shipping labels are displayed.
Step 3: Shipment
- When your package is prepared, kindly deliver it to the nearest UPS or our designated shipping courier.
- Once the shoes pass the inspection, we will process and ship replacement pairs free of charge. A tracking number for your new package will be provided to you once it is generated.
3. Order Cancellation
You can contact us to cancel your order before it ships. Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours (working days). Please note that once the package is dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order immediately.
