What is Mount to Coast?

A: Mount to Coast is a technical running brand rooted in long-distance running, aiming to design shoes capable of supporting runners to go way beyond the 26.2 miles of a standard marathon. For us, the marathon is just the start; we believe there are no limits on how far an ultrarunner can go.

How do I know which product to order?

A: Please refer to product details to see if the product meet your demand; Our "Size Guide" page is intended to help you find the right size for you; We have colors of black, white, and a black sole with a white upper available at the moment. We're excited to let you know that we're working on introducing more types and colors. Please look forward to our upcoming releases!

 

Q:

Which areas do you deliver to?

A: We exclusively serve the U.S. market at the moment. Outside the United States may be unable to place an order. We're looking forward to expanding our services to other areas in the future.

Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We are pleased to inform you that we support a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can make payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

Q:

How can I change / cancel my order?

A: For orders that haven't been shipped yet, we'll cancel them at no cost to you, and you can place a new order if you'd like. As for orders already on their way, unfortunately, our carrier doesn't support us to redirect or cancel them.

Q:

How long and how much will the shipping take?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours (working days).

Standard Shipping: This option is available at no cost to you and your items will arrive within 2-5 working days after it is shipped.

Express Shipping: For those who need their items sooner, we offer an express shipping option for a fee of $20. Your order will arrive within 1-5 working days after it is shipped.

Q:

How can I return / exchange my purchase?

A: We offer a 30-day free return and 1 free size exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Make sure your product is eligible for a return and follow the specified process, and we will cover the shipping cost for you. Please note that Express Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

How long will I get my refund?

A: Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return, and the refund will be issued via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund order has been confirmed.
Refunds will be returned to your payment account within 5-14 working days. Credit card: 5-10 working days, Klarna: 5-14 working days.

A: We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of quality control, and every pair of running shoes undergoes thorough inspections before being shipped to our customers.
