S1

I typically walk 4 miles about 3 times a week for health purposes. This is the most comfortable shoes I have purchased and I have tried at least a dozen. You can feel confident to make this purchase.

Only got about 20 miles on em so far but I can tell the first impression was not a fluke !!

The S1's are my second MTC shoe, the first being the R1's, which is without a doubt my go to shoe of the last five years (currently own 35 pairs of running shoes from Nike, Asic, Addidas, Saucony, Craft etc.). After my experience with the R1, I decided to try the the S1 and will also get the P1,
The S1 is another hit for MTC, they are very comfortable , little bit more narrow than the R1 and with just a hint of stability. I wore theses for 3 days straight and went on daily walks and some shorter runs and really have nothing to say negative about them, if had to say anything critical about the S1it would be that forefoot could benefit from and additional mil of foam but never did I bottom out or feel any soreness.
I wont bore you with a long discription of the drop, the stack height etc, I just want anyone to know that buys running shoes you must have an MTC in your quiver, which one, try them all. The bottom line is this, MTC makes a fantastic product, the quality is outstanding, an the value for dollar can not be beat currently in the industry. As you may tell I have a love for MTC, simply because I not come accross a brand of shoes that just nails it from every avenue, take it from some one that owns 35 pairs of shoes. If the T1 and H1 are as good as everything else might have to get and MTC tattoo.

Love the look of the all white shoe and the roomy toe box. Have 50 miles on them so far and they feel great.

These shoes are simply amazing. As soon as I put them on they felt terrific, comfortable, supportive and a great fit. The next day I woke up without morning ankle pain for the first time in years. Fearing the placebo effect I’ve with them for two weeks now and have recommended them many times over. My ankle and knee pain is gone and I’m back to walking and running-I haven’t run in years. I’m not saying they’re perfect for everything but they have been for me. Notes: I have narrow, VERY flat feet, and wicked pronation and they are extremely comfortable for me.
