In the spring of 2024, Asian ultrarunner Lucong Geng participated in the MTC , a multistage ultra across the Great Britain. Over 17 daily stages he ran 854 miles and 54,475 feet of elevation. Lucong broke the Asian record eventually and ranked the 3rd in the history of the race, with one pair of S1s to cover 620 miles of his journey.
