AUTHORIZED DEALER APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mount to Coast Dealer. We are pleased to extend the opportunity for your business to establish a dealer account with Mount to Coast.

 

All Dealer applicants must complete the Mount to Coast Credit application or receive written consent from a Mount to Coast representative that the credit application process may be waived. The application must be completed and signed by the owner or officer of the company.

Tax Resale Certificate:

We are required by law to obtain and file resale certificate annually from all of our wholesale customers. If the information is not sent for each state that the product is shipped to, sales tax will be applied to all invoices.

 

Dealer Qualifications:

An Authorized Mount to Coast Dealer is an entity which has been qualified and approved to sell Mount to Coast products by a representative.

 

Payment Terms:

Our preferred method of payment is wire transfer. We also accept credit card and Paypal payment. The current standard payment term is 60 days.

 

Advertising & Trademarks:

"Mount to Coast" is a registered trademark. Mount to Coast shall grant Dealer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Trademark while the account is active.

 

E-Commerce / Online Sales:

Without the preauthorized written consent from Mount to Coast, Dealer is not allowed to advertise Mount to Coast products for sale on third-party e-commerce websites. However, Dealer can sell Mount to Coast products on their own website.

 

Resale / Transfer of Goods:

Dealer may resell Mount to Coast’s products only directly to end-user customers.
