Size Measuring Guide
A perfect fit for your ultra-marathon running shoes is important for comfort and performance. Follow these tips to measure your foot size at home:
General Tips:
- Measure your feet at the end of the day as they're at their largest due to swelling.
- In between sizes? One foot is bigger than the other? Take the larger size.
- It's best to measure every year. Your size could change over time.
What You'll Need:
- A piece of paper larger than your foot,
- A pen or pencil,
- A ruler or measuring tape,
- Socks of the thickness you'll wear with the shoes.
Steps:
- Stand on the paper in the socks you'll wear with the shoes.
- Use the pen or pencil to mark the end of your longest toe and the back of your heel. It's important to measure both feet as their size can vary.
- Match your measurements to our size chart to find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for better comfort.

As soon as I got the email for a trail shoe, after purchasing R1s, I knew I had to get em! They are so so light, even with full feeling of durable support under my foot with the tread. They aren’t bulky and I’m a fan of no laces as I take on technical CO trails! So pumped to use them for upcoming races.
I love the T1s! I already owned the R1s so knew I need to give these a try. I struggle to find shoes that fit snug enough for my narrow feet and high arches and also give me space so my forefoot doesn't rub. My heels also slip even when I tie shoes with a heel lock. The T1s keep the shoes snug without having to tie them tight where they are uncomfortable. My heels don't slip and my forefoot has enough room with no rubbing. These are turning into my go-to trail shoes!
I was shocked, taking these out of the box with how light they are. I truly think they might actually weigh less than some of my road racing shoes. Really like the lower stack height, but still plenty of cushion. Today was a great day to test them out because there was a lot of mud and wet rocks. The grip was great in wet conditions & water drained out fast. Likely I will be putting the traditional leases on the top section. I just couldn’t seem to figure out how to get the lockdown just right with the bungee on the top. I typically wear a 7 1/2 in most shoe brands, & 7 1/2 was a perfect fit for the T1 (& R1). I’m excited to see how many miles I get out of these.. traditionally I get about 250 miles out of other brands. The only other thing that I would love to see in a next generation is a heel lock down option for the laces. But so far, I could definitely see myself buying these again regardless of the small tweaks, I would make super excited to have another option on the market that is comfortable, practical, & competitively priced
